The story unfolds in the South of France in 1943. The Germans were seeking out and capturing French spies. In that spring it was discovered that a female agent was having an affair, her long time lover captured her. The Sgt. wrote down every little detail of his accounts with her, the affair, her capture and her murder. He has confessed but the crime had been unsolved. 70 years later, the crime scene became a hotel.
